My portrait of activist DeRay Mckesson has been acquired for the permanent collection of the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery. Previously, it traveled to the Kemper Art Museum in St. Louis and the Springfield Museums in Massachusetts.
My portrait of Malcolm Kenyatta, taken for his U.S. Senate primary campaign, was on the cover of the new documentary “Kenyatta,” produced by Al Roker.
I visited Italy, where 15-feet-long prints of my photographs were installed on a fortress wall in the seaside town of Monopoli. I was a featured artist the PhEST International Photography and Arts Festival.
